I’m Dr Solomon Kpandei.

My work sits at the crossroads of academic scholarship, corporate consulting, pastoral leadership and African and global public discourse.

My professional journey

I have spent more than 20 years across corporate HR, management consulting and leadership education. I am a former Group Head of HR at Daystar Christian Centre, Lagos, and founded SKGLC as my global consulting practice. Today I write, speak and consult with senior leaders and institutions, focusing on Africa’s leadership challenges.

My work has spanned business development, human resource management and administration, and consulting, with organisations and projects across private and public institutions as well as not-for-profits.

I see leadership as service, and vision as responsibility. My SPAR values (Simplicity, Practical, Actualise, Refine) reflect a conviction that consulting must turn theory into execution, with people kept at the centre.

Outside my work, I am married to Joan, and we are blessed with three children.
